How can I pay for my order?

How do I place an order?
To place an order simply add the desired item to your cart and go to checkout.
Once registration is completed you will receive a confirmation email, follow the instructions contained and complete the order.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Your order is processed on the first business day following your order.
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the bank transfer into account.

I can't find the order confirmation email
 If you use email services such as Gmail, Outlook Live, Yahoo and others, try searching in the "Promotions" section of your inbox. Or add our email to your Gmail contacts:

  1. Open a message from the sender you want to save as contact in Gmail .
  2. Hover your mouse/finger cursor over the sender's name at the top of the email .

Is the availability of the items for sale real?
Yes, the Site is constantly updated and all items on sale are ready for immediate delivery.

Can I return a product after receiving it?
Yes, purchases made on our Site are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales, which allows you 14 days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility of returning the product.

We will accept the return of any item purchased, as long as it is in perfect condition and never used.

If I return a product, who pays the shipping costs?
The shipping costs of a return are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
